Sustainability is one of Brisa Group's corporate values, along with Ethics, Excellence, Innovation and People.

The Brisa Group has a set of ambitious goals across the three ESG pillars:

1. Reduce scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions by 60% by 2030 (cf. 2021) and be Net Zero by 2040.
   
   
2. Reach level 3 of the Action Ranking for Biodiversity in Areas of High Nature Value on motorway margins by 2028 (Base year: 2022).
   
   
3. Achieve level 3 of the Action Ranking for the Circular Economy by 2028 (cf. 2022).
   
   
4. Reduce the number of deaths and serious injuries in road accidents by 50% by 2030, compared to 2019, until the target of zero fatalities is reached.
   
   
5. Hire at least 2 disabled workers a year by 2028.
   
   
6. Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate < 6,0 by 2030 (cf. 2021).
   
   
7. Reinforce compliance with Diversity, Equality and Inclusion agenda by implementing a Gender Equality Plan and promoting an inclusive environment.
   
   
8. Achieve full convergence between the % of women in workforce and the % of women in leadership positions by 2030 as well as fully promote Diversity, Equality & Inclusion.
   
   
9. Formally implement a sustainability governance model.
   
   
10. To have in place a policy to respect human rights and a human rights due diligence process and declare support for the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
