Brisa Group as part of monitoring and controlling the performance of its Suppliers, presents a diverse set of evaluation criteria, namely:
Suppliers relevant to the quality of products, processes, and services developed by the Group’s companies, impacting Quality Management, Environmental Management, and Innovation Systems:
- History of prices and deviations in invoicing documents, negotiation, and adjudication
- Compliance with deadlines, quantities, shipping standards, and agreed dates within the scope of goods supply
- Quality of the provided service and adherence to agreed dates
- Supplier performance regarding organization, the existence of environmental practices, post-sale service, and technical support (when applicable)
Suppliers with employees on the premises of Group companies, as part of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System:
- Delivery times of agreed documents
- Verification of safety practices
- Instances of non-compliance observed and/or reported during Supplier activities
- Number of workplace accidents
Suppliers with access to critical information assets, impacting the Information Security Management System:
- Number of security incidents involving information
Suppliers handling personal data on behalf of the Group's companies, impacting the Information Security and Privacy Management System:
- Number of personal data breaches
